Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers. This includes answering, emails, and chats in a timely and friendly manner. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving customer issues to the best of their ability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner
  2. Research and troubleshoot the issue at hand
  3. Escalate customer issues as necessary – Resolve customer issues to the best of their ability

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
