The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers. This includes answering, emails, and chats in a timely and friendly manner. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving customer issues to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Research and troubleshoot the issue at hand
- Escalate customer issues as necessary – Resolve customer issues to the best of their ability
