Our Business Analysts are responsible for providing technical expertise to the Sales and Marketing teams by designing, documenting, and implementing solutions to customer and business needs. The Business Analyst will also provide exemplary customer service by responding to requests for information or clarifications, researching issues and sharing solutions, providing training and education, recruiting, onboarding new employees, and maintaining data quality and integrity throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical skills including data analytics, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset to initiate insights from data gathered from customer surveys or other research.
- Build customer scenarios that outline customer needs for various departments within the company.
- Support marketing campaigns by solving problems with data analysis
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams by identifying customer needs through market research or through discussions with customers directly to create scenario solutions that address those needs.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Good communication skills both written and verbal are required.
• Strong analytical skills required in order to investigate, understand and explain variances and overall business performance
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commercially driven with a focus on adding value.
• Retail industry experience is desirable.
